✓ Remove hotplate and clean/inspect seals
✓ Open and clean burner chamber / baffle box
✓ De-coke burners
✓ Check and replace nozzles and wicks where required
✓ Check fuel levels and flows
✓ Check injection pressure
✓ Set CO₂ using gas analyser
✓ Check door alignment and seals
✓ Check flues and airways are clear
